The program is delivered in partnership with Leadership Victoria. It aims to empower and support young women and gender diverse people to:
- identify the leadership challenges they face, and
- develop practical skills and strategies to advance their leadership careers.
Participants take part in:
- interactive learning development workshops
- collaborative group work
- structured networking and mentoring activities
- hear from guest speakers that are shifting the perceptions of young women in leadership.
Previous rounds
- Round four concluded in November 2023 and was open to emerging women leaders from multicultural and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Round three concluded in June 2023 and was open to women across all industries.
- Round two was delivered in 2022 and focused on women employed in non-traditional and male-dominated industries.
- Round one was delivered in 2022 and was open to women across all industries.
